1. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery windows vary depending on the product category, destination, and current stock status. As many of our pieces are crafted or adjusted to order, fulfillment times will be confirmed securely via email following order review.

Dispatch and tracking details are shared once order review is complete.
All items are dispatched using tracked, insured, and secure signature-required courier services.

2. Packaging and Presentation

All orders are meticulously prepared in our signature Karina Choudhrie Jewels maison presentation, making them immediately suitable for gifting. To preserve the condition of the presentation boxes during transit, robust protective outer packaging is always used.

3. Return Eligibility

We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on standard catalogue items, provided they are in perfectly unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

However, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Bespoke or made-to-order commissions.
Items that have been personalized, engraved, or customized.
Pieces that show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

Please contact our concierge team before returning any item so we can advise on eligibility, provide you with the correct return authorization, and supply secure return shipping instructions.

4. International Orders

International shipping is available for selected global destinations. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes required by the destination country's regulations. Karina Choudhrie Jewels has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
