• Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are presented in good faith and are subject to confirmation at the time of your order.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order with Karina Choudhrie Jewels, it represents an offer to us to purchase a product. Order acceptance is only confirmed after we have reviewed the availability of the product, verified your payment details, and sent you a formal confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where:

• We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Karina Choudhrie Jewels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platforms or the purchase of our products.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product you ordered. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
